This is much the same as pub/sub... it could be used for passive
requests on existing keys (CHK, SSK), in which case once it fires the
passive request network disappears, or it could be used on something
like TUKs, where several datums may be associated with one key yet they
may be accessed individually (latest, specific number, closest to time
T), or collectively (get all), in which case all versions would be
distributed (exactly as pub/sub). Real pub/sub apps should probably use
multiple streams as funneling everything through one key will have major
capacity issues and may be attackable.
